All responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should only be treated as general information, never as a substitute for professional legal counsel.

CourtBuddyPro uses AI to help users organize, draft, and manage legal-related information. AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Responses are intended to assist with understanding and organizing — not as professional legal advice.

CourtBuddyPro LLC and its creators shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of this platform, including reliance on AI-generated content. Use of CourtBuddyPro is at your own risk.

 

5. Subscriptions and Usage

Subscription plans are provided for convenience and access to AI features. Questions do not roll over between billing cycles. Unused questions expire at the end of each cycle, renewal, or upgrade. Your question limit resets at the start of each new billing period. Additional questions require upgrading your plan or renewing your subscription. CourtBuddyPro allows only one (1) subscription plan per user.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including AI-generated responses, design elements, and trademarks, are the property of CourtBuddyPro LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.

8. Beta Disclaimer

CourtBuddyPro is currently offered as a beta service. Features may change or be interrupted without notice. By using this platform during beta, you accept that errors or interruptions may occur, and CourtBuddyPro LLC is not responsible for resulting inconvenience or loss.
